Tattoo Appointment

Service Description

Please note that submitting the form does not constitute a confirmed appointment or date/time. All bookings are subject to individual approval. Your appointment, once a date and time have been approved via email or in person, is only confirmed once a deposit has been received.  All appointments require a $150 non-refundable deposit that is payable in cash at the shop, or via Cashapp or PayPal. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. In the event that I have to cancel your appointment, it will be rescheduled at your convenience. The cost of your deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo. If your tattoo takes more than one session, the deposit is deducted from the final session. Rates:* Half day: $800 Full day: $1500 * Some tattoos are priced by piece and may cost more or less due to the placement or degree of difficulty.  If you have paid a deposit and have a confirmed appointment, please contact me directly by email a minimum of 72 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation that is within 72 hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit and you will have to pay an additional deposit to reschedule.  I do not permit the use of numbing cream. If you arrive to your appointment and have used a numbing agent, we will need to reschedule and a second deposit will be required.  You must be 18 years or older and bring to your appointment a valid government-issued photo ID that has your photo and birthdate printed on the same piece of identification. This includes driver’s licenses, state ID’s, military ID’s, and passports. You cannot get tattooed without your photo ID present at the time of your appointment. Parental consent for minors is not permitted.

If you have paid a deposit and have a confirmed appointment, please contact me directly by email a minimum of 72 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation that is within 72 hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit and you will have to pay an additional deposit. If I have to cancel your appointment, it will be rescheduled at your convenience.
